Kullanıcı Verisi Silme Talimatları

Bu sayfa, Meta entegrasyonumuzla ilişkili olabilecek kullanıcı verilerinin silinmesi için izlenecek adımları açıklar.

Mevcut Durum

Şu anda Facebook Login kullanmıyoruz ve Meta Graph API uç noktalarını çağırmıyoruz (ör. email, public_profile veya user_friends, user_birthday gibi izinler). Bu nedenle sistemlerimizde Meta kullanıcı verisi saklanmamaktadır.

Silme Talebi Nasıl Yapılır?

1. support@rallidergisi.net adresine, konu satırına “Veri Silme Talebi” yazarak e-posta gönderin.
2. E-postanızda aşağıdaki bilgileri paylaşın:
   • Ad ve soyad.
   • Bizimle iletişim kurduğunuz e-posta adresi (veya bize ilettiğiniz bir tanımlayıcı bilgi).
   • Varsa Meta App-Scoped User ID (ASID) bilgisi veya kaydı bulmamıza yardımcı olacak ek detay.
3. Talebinizi aldıktan sonra, sistemimizde ilgili kullanıcı verisi bulunup bulunmadığını kontrol ederiz.
4. Veri varsa sileriz; veri yoksa “kayıt bulunamadı” şeklinde bilgilendirme yaparız.
5. İşlemi makul bir süre içinde tamamlar ve sonucu e-posta ile bildiririz.

Hangi Veriler Silinir?

• Meta entegrasyonu ile ilişkili olabilecek kullanıcı tanımlayıcıları (varsa).
• Belirli bir kullanıcıyla ilişkilendirilebilen günlük (log) kayıtları (varsa).

User Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of any user data that may be associated with our Meta integration.

Current status

At this time, we do not use Facebook Login and we do not call Meta Graph API endpoints (including email, public_profile, or other permissions). Therefore, we do not store Meta user data in our systems.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@rallidergisi.net with the subject: Data Deletion Request.
2. Include the following in the email:
   • Your name
   • The email address you used to contact us (or any identifier you provided)
   • If applicable, your Meta App-scoped User ID (ASID) or any details that help us identify the record
3. We will confirm deletion (or confirm that no data exists) and complete the request within a reasonable timeframe.

What we delete

• Any stored identifiers related to the Meta integration (if any were created during testing)
• Any logs that can be tied to a specific user (if applicable)
